Overview

Pulsed Field Electrophoresis System is the separation of DNA by alternately changing the electric field between pairs of pairs of DNA molecules and passing through the agarose gel pore at different migration rates.
The CHEF Mapper A series is suitable for the detection and isolation of DNA molecules of 100bp-10 Mb, with a high resolution in the range, mainly used for genomic DNA isolation analysis, chromosomal DNA isolation, large fragment genomic library construction, identification and analysis, transgenic research, synthetic biology and other fields.
Each CHEF Mapper A system contains the controller, electrophoresis tank, cooling device, circulating pump and accessories.
